To report an issue with your ALTBroadband Speeds, please use the following form. Understand that we will immediatly begin to investigate the complaint, but it can take a while for us to have an update. A Speed Complaint requres our network operations team to pull the speedtest data submitted with this ticket, the historical data for the account, and other logs / information from network equipment. Please provide as much detail as possible, without detail, it is very hard for us to investigate. Thank You.

To Begin, please select "Start" and allow the test to run. It will take 60-90 seconds, ensure NO other network activity is being performed. This means no one streaming media, looking at social media, etc. The internet connection should have NO other content but this speedtest going on. Failure to stop other devices / users from using the internet while conducting the test will cause false results, and our Network Operations will not be able to further assist you until we get an accurate reading.
